"An absolutely beautiful church. From what we were told it is pretty much all original with basic restorations and additions going back 750+ years. It was the only still used Church in Berlin that was not destroyed during WW2 and all the artwork and artifacts inside are original pieces. We were lucky enough to arrive on Thursday at 11:50am. They conduct a free tour of the Organ at 12:00pm and it was amazing. The guide was kind enough to speak to us all in English and his passion for his work was on display. His knowledge of the inner workings as well as his extraordinary talents on the Organ itself were an experience I will never forget. It is free but donations are gladly accepted. If you are lucky enough to see the tour look directly behind the organ pipes at the artwork on the walls and archways. Stunning place and still used today as it was meant to be. A place of worship."
