"it's really expensive, but well worth the money for an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience. the balloon does, in fact, ascend every 15 minutes, so there's barely any wait, but keep in mind it remains tethered 500 feet in the air and will not float around. you will only remain up in the air for about twelve minutes, but that's plenty of time to take some great pictures and enjoy the fantastic view."
