The trail starts with a gently steep climb for 1.5 km, always through the forest, making it ideal for a hot, sunny day. Then, approximately 1.5 km further on, you reach three different viewpoints offering magnificent views of the Moselle in both directions. You can even see the hospital complex above Kues, as well as Landshut Castle from above."

"A beautiful hiking trail, much of which is also suitable for barefoot walking.
Directly behind the Märchenhotel, you can choose which direction you'd like to start the 6.4 km circular trail. We decided to walk up the path and quickly came to a narrow path that winds up the mountain next to a river. Very pleasant to walk barefoot, especially when the ground is a bit damp. Wonderful!"
