"I received the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany from Interior Minister Hermann there on December 15, 2023. It's a very beautiful, dignified venue. The Bürgersaal (Citizens' Hall) seats about 25 people and has a wonderful ambiance! The main hall features a beautiful baroque mirror and a not-too-obtrusive chandelier, with an adjoining private room with French doors. For me, it's a very memorable space with flair and a clear layout. The library on the ground floor and first floor is the least bit distracting. There's an elevator, allowing easy access. Unfortunately, there's no public parking, as the listed, stately palace is located on the market square and thus in the pedestrian zone. It's within walking distance of the Schlossplatz."
