"Unfortunately, some customers behave disrespectfully in the store – they carelessly leave shoes lying around, don't put them back, and constantly complain. I have all the more respect for the entire sales team: despite these circumstances, all employees remain consistently friendly, helpful, and work diligently – even when the store is crowded.
