You have to book weeks in advance (when there are still tickets). If you're unlucky, they will call you the day before the flight telling you the flight is cancelled due to bad weather (this happened in august). They don't care about all your travel and hotel expenses and the paid time off that you wasted going there. For a 45-minute flight costing 400€ I would expect a much better service."
