"it was a Sunday and we just got into the town and we walked past the museum and I walked in and the person that works behind the cash register was so nice and explained everything to me in English, which I’m always happy that we decided to enjoy the museum and I’m glad we did. The museum has three floors on it. Very interesting art all different kinds of art. Something for everyone nice clean bathroom and they give you free coffee in the gift shop They have a second building and a beautiful garden. They don’t accept credit cards unless it’s a German credit card which I find peculiar only cash It’s definitely worth your visit if you’re in this town."

"This is honestly a hidden gem of Heidelberg. It looks small but it's bigger than you think.

For me the highlights were the archaeological wings.

I was not expecting the artifacts related to the cult of Mithras to be there. This should be probably well advertised as there are a lot of Roman Empire enjoyers."
