"The church is nowadays used as a venue for events. This its interior is left mostly white which gives it a very serene feel. For a small fee one can climb the observation deck, which offers amazing 360 views over Lübeck and the surrounding areas. This is absolutely worth it. One unfortunate thing is the ugly modern architecture in the city center (eg at the town hall square, whose architect should revisit architecture school!)."
