"I was in that home in the early 2000s. It was awful. Letters from my family were opened and read, phone calls were listened to (you were only allowed one phone call a week), cell phones, makeup, sweets, etc., were confiscated, you had to pray before every meal, and if you didn't or weren't sitting at the table, you were grounded for a week. You were forced to eat, and if you couldn't finish your food, it was served to you again at the next meal. The food came from a commercial kitchen and was inedible. The only good thing was the school, where there were very good teachers and very small classes (6-8 children). All in all, it was a terrible time that traumatized me deeply. I am now 32 years old and struggling with the consequences of this questionable upbringing by an incompetent institution."
