"The best costumer service I have ever experienced.
I had bought a pair of Porsche design shoes in Dubai in 2018. The shoes were uncomfortable in the beginning and became worse with the time.
After hearing my story, the store manger immediately took the shoes back and asked me to chose another pair instead.
Can you believe that? They took the shoes back after nearly 2 years, which was not even bought in Germany.
This is the difference between a good and responsible brand (Porsche Design) and a brand that does not care about their name.
I highly recommend this shop. The new shoes from them is fantastic and I will always go back. Thanks guys. Many brands need to learn from you."

"Worst experience I have ever had in a store. The staff, especially the tall skinny dude with the tight suit, were obnoxious and unbelievably rude. When I entered the store, he walked away and mumbled something about helping. The worst is when i went upstairs and he followed me and waited on the stairs staring at me the entire time. I tried on a few items and decided i was going to purchase a jacket. I pulled my phone out to calculate the exchange rate and he began yelling at me that i couldn't take pictures. When i attempted to explain what i was doing, he just kept yelling at me that i cannot take pictures. He was obnoxious and he made me fell as if i was a piece of scum.
Maybe this is why Porsche sometimes gets the reputation of being a pompous rich mans brand. This store, and staff, definitely presented this image. Hope the store closes and that moron is fired."

"Awful customer service!!!!! I came in looking for a gift for my Father, I found a small USB flash drive that looks like a Porsche key and I decided to get it. The lady tries looking for a new one to sell to me and she informs me they have ran out, so I said to hell with it I will buy the display thinking I will get a good discounted price. So after SHE DROPS THE ITEM on the floor while asking her manager how much they can discount it, I was presented with a measly 5 percent discount! So I say whatever, that’s fine, if that’s all I can get I’m not going to try haggling. So then comes the issue with finding a box, and after 10 minutes of looking in the back they bring an old box (designed to hold a leather belt) and it is far too large for the item I purchased and does a horrible job holding my gift! And as I am checking out, she was about to charge me full price! I had to remind her of the display model discount after all that! Horrible experience and the service definitely did not reflect one of a high end luxury goods store! The only reason I am giving two stars is because one of the other employees was kind enough to do the tax form for me since I was from out of town."
