"The Mühlenhof open-air museum in Münster covers five hectares in the Sentrup district in the immediate vicinity of Aasee, the all-weather zoo and the LWL-Museum für Naturkunde, displaying the rural and artisan culture of the region for four centuries. Around 30 historic buildings were either moved from their original location to the Münster museum in Westphalia or rebuilt there based on old models. The interior furniture with historical collection gives an impression of the way of life and working methods of the people who were once at home here.
