Me and some friends are going to Frankfurt in February but they are only staying for 2 nights or so and I plan on staying around Germany for a week or 2. From googling Munich seems to be a good place to go and then maybe Berlin but its so long to get there using public transport…

I had chosen this castle as final stop and view from it was so good. I was happy that even Frankfurt skyline was visible from here and the castle was well protected and free to enter as well. Definitely recommend and you can also get your trails from AllTrails."
