2. Placed one order but they split the order into multiple waybill end up I have to paid double custom handling fees!
3. They proudly marketed and promoted Balenciaga even during the 2022 Balenciaga sexualizing minors scandal.
Pretty arrogant and ignorance kind of store they don’t response to complaints! Just totally unacceptable."

I am a regular customer of this store online, I have spent thousands of dollars. It was a woman with short brown hair who kept giving me nasty looks, I smiled at her because she was literally looking at me up and down with disgust, I assume because I have tattoos. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store. I came here to buy a bag but I decided not to because of the customer service. This will be the last time I shop here. Do better."
