"Without further ado, we drove here with #Bigfoot and #Littlefeet and went swimming.
Supposedly because of Canadian fires or Saharan dust or whatever, it was pretty cloudy.
Nevertheless, it was fine, even though there was a light breeze from the west.
But there was a lot of sailing and some kite and windsurfers were out and about.
The water had waves, which is quite unusual. But it wasn't that cold and the wind was ok too.
The best way to get here is actually by S-Bahn (to Starnberg, then walk over), by bike or by car.
If you are lucky, you can even park for free at the Seestubn Percha.
If you go into the water, it stays shallow for a long time and the ground is stony (round pebbles).
We can only recommend this place! Of course, if the weather had been warmer and sunnier, we certainly wouldn't have been able to get a pitch late in the afternoon... a sign that this pitch is good!"
