"A very nice airfield with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were there a few days ago with two aircraft and needed to park them for a couple of days. Even storing a motor glider in a hangar was no problem and available for a fair price. The on-site restaurant is also highly recommended. Good public transport connections; the S-Bahn to Berlin is a 10-minute walk away."

I received a voucher for transportation, and they aren't exactly cheap.
That was in January 2020!
If we remember, a pandemic hit this country afterward.
Of course, I didn't want to be in a small plane with a stranger at that time.
Only after insistence was the now-expired voucher "kindly" extended, and an appointment was made.
I drove to the airport, but this appointment was canceled due to bad weather. I had to drive the 124 km back empty-handed.
I asked the airport to send me available appointments, which they simply refused because many vouchers from the Corona period are now being redeemed.
I then looked at the website several times and found no suitable appointments. After five years, I wanted a refund because no appointments were available again.
The answer here was short and to the point.
There were plenty of free appointments available, but the voucher has expired and is therefore no longer redeemable.

I will not recommend anyone to book with you.
You didn't give a damn about your customers and just pocketed the money without giving anything in return.
To come here now with the argument that there were appointments is so pathetic.
There are people who also have to work and don't visit your website every week.
