I am very happy and like this place, but I have visited in the summer and have never been in the winter. But I believe it will be beautiful in every season."

"This place cannot guarantee snow, its a risk. It's ok for local people close by to drive to but avoid if booking flights here just to ski. One nights rain and all the snow is gone . Just a pool a few miles up the road in Titisee and walking up mountains nothing else here to do . Need to book the night before for meal if you want to eat at the couple of restaurants here as they have to get food in.
Finally got snow three days into the holiday and the weather has been ok .
Other lifts few miles up road in Feldberg were open but the lifts here were closed I don't know why , I think they were expecting rain again.
Closed all week even in good conditions. The picture shows weather good plenty of snow but all lifts were shut ."
