What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Kletterwald Heidelberg for its well-maintained facility, good condition equipment, and affordable pricing with flexible time slots. The range of courses caters to all skill levels, and the forest setting offers natural shade. Staff are noted as helpful and safety is a priority. Some experienced climbers found the advanced courses less challenging than anticipated, and the cost of climbing gloves was an additional expense for some.
"Recommendation without any limitations! This facility is very well maintained and the equipment you get is in very good condition. Compared to other institutions like this, the price is very affordable and has the nice concept of 2h or 3h. For kids 2h are fully sufficient. The range of parcours is from very easy (and close to the ground), to experienced (far away from the ground). Due to the fact that it’s in a forest, there is good protection from direct sunlight, so it’s good for going on any day."
Thomas Weis
"Very nice organised! I feel safety too as the "white helmets" are always around to advice and help!"
Stefan Ivanov
"Despite not speaking German, our children had a wonderful time here! Highly recommended!"
