"The Hoffmann von Fallersleben Museum in Fallersleben was a real surprise and highly recommended. The exhibition is informative, well-presented, and offers a deep insight into the life and work of August Heinrich Hoffmann von Fallersleben. I was particularly impressed by how many well-known children's songs he wrote – I hadn't realized this before. Of course, everyone knows the German national anthem, but his contribution to children's literature is equally significant. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. An all-round successful visit – I'd love to go again!"

"A historical museum located in the 12th-century castle. Tickets can be purchased upon arrival, and there is also a small museum shop (books, CDs, and postcards) at the entrance. The exhibition, dedicated to the famous composer, scientist, poet, and political activist Hoffmann, is presented in two parts, just like the two halls leading from the entrance. On the left is his life story, interesting acquaintances and friendships that had a profound impact. And, unfortunately, not without some romantic dramas. And on the right is the music area, where young and old can try their hand at music. Inspiring! Thanks to the friendly museum staff for their hospitality."
