"I really enjoyed visiting the Hussaini Suspension Bridge. It was a thrilling experience to walk on it, a little scary but full of adventure. The view of the river and mountains from the bridge was just amazing. It’s one of the best memories from my Hunza trip and I would definitely recommend everyone to try it at least once."

"A Thrilling Experience at Hussaini Suspension Bridge!

I’d seen the Hussaini Suspension Bridge countless times on YouTube, but nothing compares to seeing it in person—it’s absolutely awesome. That first moment stepping onto the bridge was unforgettable. If you’ve got a fear of heights, this is definitely not the place for you.

Crossing the bridge was both frightening and thrilling. It feels like the whole thing is moving, but it’s actually the water rushing beneath that messes with your senses. Just focus on the wooden planks and not the water. It took us around 30 to 40 minutes to get across one side—every step required real nerves of steel.

They do give you life jackets before crossing, which might sound reassuring at first. But we were bluntly told they wouldn’t save us—the shock of falling into that freezing glacial water would likely be fatal. That definitely added to the intensity of the whole experience.

Getting to the bridge isn’t exactly easy either. It’s a steep uphill climb with a lot of steps, so you need to be in decent shape. But once you're up there, the views are stunning and the adventure is totally worth it. And to top it all off—we zip-wired back across! It was the perfect adrenaline rush to end the journey.

If you’re ever in the area and looking for something unforgettable, this is one place you must experience."

"Hussaini Suspension Bridge in Hunza Valley is a unique and adventurous experience. Located over the Indus River in Hussaini Village, the journey starts by passing through the village itself, giving you a close look at local culture, lifestyle, and livelihood.

Entry ticket is just Rs. 100, but it’s important to note that kids are not allowed to go far on the bridge due to safety concerns—it’s genuinely dangerous and not for the faint-hearted.

There’s also a zip line available at the site. However, during our visit, we saw someone get stuck midway while returning, which was enough for us to decide against trying it.

One key thing to keep in mind is the extremely steep path on the way back. If you have difficulty walking on such inclines, it’s better to skip the hike. Carrying a water bottle is strongly recommended.

The locals are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most of the shops around the area are run by women, and their prices are surprisingly economical. I would sincerely encourage everyone to support them by purchasing something—you won’t find such rates anywhere else.

All in all, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. A must-try for anyone visiting Hunza Valley."
