What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Prasonisi is celebrated for its unique natural phenomenon of two seas meeting, creating a visually stunning landscape and a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers. Visitors appreciate the distinct wind conditions on either side, offering options for both thrilling watersports and calmer swimming. However, some find the sunbed prices high and note potential issues with litter, detracting from the otherwise spectacular natural beauty.
"The beach is amaazing! We spent the whole day there. Watching surfers on both sides is spectacular, especially the kitesurfers. Though if you are a surfer yourself, might be crowded. The photos are late September.
There are sunbeds on the Mediterranean part to the left side and cost 25€/set. Had lunch at Lighthouse Tavern, where the food was great. No need to climb the hill, nothing much there. Maybe just a bit for the view. On the end of second hill is a lighthouse, but not worth the climb."

"September 2025 visit. A lovely sandy beach with good facilities and free parking on the beach. There is a tarmac easy road to get there. There are sunbeds on the Mediterranean side which are a bit pricey at €25 considering there is no bar or table service. The beds are basic unpadded ones so not too comfortable but it a nice clean beach nonetheless. I would visit again"

"Unique and amazing place where two sea merge. In one side you meet stormy sea in another comparative quite. Its a paradise of cauldrons, but its possible to just swimm. Highly recommend to visit and feel the spirit."
