Emails they claimed were sent never reached me. Their own system flagged bounces, yet nobody thought to call me.
Even when I agreed to pay the price difference for another pair, they delayed sending me payment details. I was assured that if I paid before noon, the order would ship the same day - it never did.
The customer support here is far below international standards: inconsistent, unprofessional, and unaccountable. Instead of resolving issues, they created unnecessary stress and wasted my time.

"Staff are rude and unwilling to help. I was ready to drop ~€400 on two pairs of sandals, I asked if I could get a fresh pair as the suede was slightly scratched. He proceeded to say no, it’s because I tried it on- mind you they only let you try on one side at a time. He proceeded to snatch the sandal away and said “all leather is the same”- which it is not as the grain differs on every pair. Go support a local business/yia yia that’s willing to help you instead."
