The food was truly the highlight. The Pollock was my favorite dish of the evening, perfectly executed and full of flavor. I also really appreciated the amuse-bouche, which set a wonderful tone even before the bread was served. Across the menu, dishes were consistently well-crafted and made the price feel justified — the culinary side of the experience was excellent.
Where the restaurant fell short was in the service. While the staff was approachable and discreet, they provided very little information about the dishes or the wine pairings. At times it almost felt as if they weren’t familiar with what they were serving, which was a bit disappointing for a restaurant at this level. The pacing of the meal, was well managed, but can’t believe we were sharing our ice bucket with two more tables 😨 When we arrived, the table and plates had some debris from the trees
