"One of the best hotel stays we've ever had. They upgraded us to a larger room with an amazing view. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction and made our trip very special. The included breakfast was fantastic. We would come back and I can recommend this place without any hesitation. One tip was that I didn't realize you can ask them to help you with your bags and coordinate where to meet. We tried to drive to the hotel, and there's no access via car so we had to drag our heavy bags to the hotel, but that was my fault."

Our stay began with the receptionist Ramona personally coming to get us out of a bit of a driving snafu and parking our car, and then we received an amazing room upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite! We have never stayed at such an amazing hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Chania."
