"A beautiful little place to stop for some photos. The old bridge is still standing and you can cross it on foot to se the view of the river. There are a few geese around, as well as a small tavern."

"A perfect pit stop on your way to Preveli beach and the Palm tree forest. The ancient bridge is not that ancient. It was built by the locals, with the help of a Preveli Monastery in the 19th century. Still, you'll find it on google maps with the name Venetian bridge for it, for no obvious reason. The taverna - restaurant right there is perfect for a coffee or lunch break"

"Such a beautiful peaceful place. We stopped here and did a 8km round trip hike down to Preveli Gorge and Palm Forest and back again.
The bridge is a wonderful piece of old architecture and in February the river running through was strong with mini waterfalls making a wonderful noise as they ran through the channels just on from the bridge.
There were only a couple of other people around when we visited. So worth walking around the surrounding area too as the countryside is so beautiful around here."
