The location is ideal for accessing both the Adrachti Loop Trail and several monasteries. While the hike is described as rewarding, some note it's more strenuous than a casual walk.
"This was an amazing experience. The views are to die for, you look out your balcony to see the amazing cliffs of Meteora. The hotel is within walking distance to 4/6 of the monasteries. It is more of a hike than a walk, but it’s an amazing hike. It’s close to good restaurants. The staff is super friendly and recommends stuff to do and answers any questions. Highly recommend!"

"Pyrgos Adrachti Hotel the hidden gem of Kastraki. This purpose built hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms and comfortable guest areas. The free breakfast is a delightful way to start the day. The location provides magnificent views of The Rock Holy Spirit and other towering pillars the area is famous for. The location provides easy access to the loop road that includes access to monasteries and spectacular viewpoints. The hotel is family run and the proprietor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area providing a map, monastery hours and viewing suggestions. Try the trail next to the hotel if fit. There are several cafes and restaurants close to the hotel. If adventurous include the Eagle Nest restaurant located high above the valley while driving the monastery loop road."
