"As an ancient historian I really wanted to visit this place when I was in Rhodes. It did not disappoint. Arrive very early though, to beat the crowds. We were here at 8:15 and had the place to ourselves. When we left after 2 hours it was incredibly busy. If you want to know more about the archeological site I recommend you read the wonderful book Documenting Rhodes, edited by Stine Schierup.
Don’t forget to visit ancient Kameiros as well. The site is even better for ancient history lovers."
Robert Visscher
"Lovely view of lindos and best time to go is before it shuts, as there was no queue."
