Visitors rave about the breathtaking panoramic views and the unique experience of exploring the ancient city of Thera. The spring bloom adds a special charm with wildflowers and pleasant scents. While the hike can be challenging and trails poorly marked, the accessible paved road from Kamari offers an easier alternative.

"It's a lovely solo hike, amazing during spring if you appreciate flowers and nice views. I hiked from Perisssa and then went down to Kamari via spring place but it was dry in April. It's badly marked and it will be a challenge to find a starting point hence have some trail maps to use. There were no other hikers"

Aneta
