Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Nemea Stadium for its well-preserved state and the immersive experience of walking through the athlete's tunnel. The opportunity to run on the ancient track is a highlight, offering a tangible connection to history. While some find the entrance fee a bit high for the size of the site, most agree it's a serene and worthwhile visit, especially when combined with the nearby museum.

"Personal opinion, I enjoyed more this stadium than the other site at Nemea. Descriptions are helpful to explain, nice experience to walk into the tunnel of the runners and to appear in the stadium. You can get an idea of what it was. Parking is lower than the museum, but the visiting time is faster. Same ticket of the museum to enter"

"Not overcrowded and very nice to walk through the tunnel, with texts. These old texts give you the feeling of how it once was. The games, the environment ... history in its purest form."

Steven “Vecorix” Vansteenkiste

"A very serene place that usually doesn't get overcrowded. The archaeological site is very interesting. You pass the ruins of the dressing rooms and then enter the stadium from the same tunnel the athletes did. The stadium is huge and you can try running in it yourself! Make sure to also walk along the small pathway on the hill around it, to get a better views (and some shade from the trees)."
