What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find Peraia and Agia Triada beaches to be pleasant, with clear waters suitable for swimming, especially for families. While the continuous coastline offers ample space, some find the dining options overpriced and the overall experience average. The convenience of beach bars is appreciated, but strategic snack purchasing is recommended for budget travelers.
"Went from the morning and stayed all day. The beach is ok, out of the three beaches near by it is the smaller beach and less busy which is good for certain people. However is nothing special or amazing and the chair with umbrella prices are pretty good about 10 euro a person. The restaurants in the area are over priced and not many normal cafes around at all, the supermarket near by however is very well priced would recommend to get drinks from there. Overall was a good day but was an average beach and shops."

"Quiet, relatively clean, you can use your own umbrella or rent a set in one of the beach bars"

"Well... To begin with, this was our first trip abroad as a family, and unfortunately, we are very disappointed with Thessaloniki (Agia Triada). First of all, the rooms in this area are extremely small for a family of three. Restaurant prices are unreasonably high, and sadly, the quality doesn't reflect that at all. Most places only serve fast food or snacks, and seafood is both rare and overpriced — with portions that are ridiculously small. But what shocked us the most was the behavior of some of the local tourists. Among all the nationalities we encountered — Polish, Romanian, Italian, Serbian — the Greek tourists were by far the most inconsiderate. Here at the guesthouse, there are no quiet hours. The Greek guests staying here scream, shout, and talk loudly at all hours of the day and night, especially in the common areas like the hallway. It's nearly impossible to get any rest — no afternoon nap, no decent night's sleep. If you hope to sleep in, forget about it. By 9 AM, you're guaranteed to be woken up by yelling and loud conversations. And this is incredibly frustrating, especially considering that we are foreign tourists, here to enjoy and invest in their country. A bit of respect and basic courtesy should not be too much to ask."

Understanding the Beach Layout
When planning your visit, don't get too caught up in choosing the 'perfect' beach name. Instead, focus on finding a spot that appeals to you on the day. Whether you're looking for the lively buzz of a beach bar or a more tranquil area to lay your towel, you'll find it along this expansive shoreline. The promenade that runs along the entire length is perfect for a leisurely walk, offering different perspectives and photo opportunities.
Navigating Dining and Budget
For budget-conscious travelers, a smart strategy is to leverage nearby supermarkets.
