"Plathiena is such a great beach spot. Not the prettiest but still a nice beach. More like a normal beach. As with most places in Milos, I arrive around 9:00-9:30am and secured a great beach spot. After 11:00 people start arriving almost at the same time. The water is crystal clear and gorgeous. There’s also a beach cafe close by to get coffee and water. They may serve food-not sure. Definitely worth a visit for a swim before the masses head down around midday.
The sun beds are 25€ each so 50€ for two with a table per day. A little expensive regarding the location.
They had a thing that makes it possible for wheelchair users to go down the water which is super cool if that’s needed.
Good place for parking. No issues.

"This beach has a very nice colournof sea which is like emerald and there is a beach bar which is not found in Milos in every beaches. From 9.00 am, it is getting crowded and the roads are very narrow. So come early to avoid cars passing in the road issue and and enjoy this beautiful sea. Also there are sunbeds and umbrellas."
