"Totally worth it! Just few info cause I know its tricky to find on the web:
- You can take a boat from Methoni -at least in August- which goes every hour and costs 15e return. It’s a 15min ride.
- The waters are crystal clear and the island is super green! The beach is not organized with sunbeds etc but you can find shade under the trees. Take water and some food with you.
- Bring a pair of sneakers with you so you can explore the forest in the island! There is a designated path you can follow.
- There were many bees when I was there, so take some ammonia with you in case you are stung. We had no issue, but you never know!"
