"Stunning scenery, with crystal clear (cold!!) waters, ideal for a quick jump in to replenish your energy and connect with nature! If you reach this place from the trail that starts from Vikos village, then do take into account that it will take you at least 35’ minutes walk downwards in a stony path under the sun and another 50’ minutes walk back on this steep rocky terrain with very few parts with shadow (we took this walk at 11am - there are spots that you need to be extra cautious so that you don’t slip and fall)"

"Really amazing springs, great hike but not easy. It took us 45 minutes to go down and 45 minutes to go up. You must have good shoes or hiking sandals. We climbed up in the afternoon hours, which was a great decision, there is much more shade then which make the hike bearable.
The spring water is amazingly clear and blue.
When going down, there is a small sign that guides you off the trail to the springs. Do not miss it."
