Neat hike. I mapped this on Google and it looks accurate.
The trail is dirt/rock and I would consider it mostly moderate. Some unevenness, a few creek crossings, and can be hard footing for some. Wear shoes with grip. It is a loop that Strava put at 3.1 miles.
Signage at the trailhead with map although it's hard to make sense of it after walking it. You will pass a cemetery on the left (complete with anonymous crosses and plastic flowers), walk along a stream with a small crossing, and eventually come to a waterfall at the edge of a lake. The trail goes above the falls and there is some rock outcropping for you to stand directly above it. Skilled hikers only. Otherwise the trail continues along the lake and loops back. Hard to get lost.
Nice rugged mountain scenery. Saw plenty of families (local Innuit) playing in the stream, picnicking, etc. Some bugs so a face net may be helpful. Per its name, there isn't much wild flowers and aside from the plastic flowers in the cemetery. Don't expect much other than cotton grass occasionally. Why is it named this? No idea. But hike through this valley is very scenic worth a quick excursion."
