"This used to be one of my go-to spots, but the customer service and management have significantly declined.
I arrived to an almost empty restaurant, just a couple of patrons at the bar. There were no servers or bar staff in sight. We seated ourselves, and although two staff members walked by, they said nothing. Eventually, we went to the takeout counter, got a menu from the cashier, and returned to our table. When ready, we had to walk back to the counter to place our order.
After waiting 40 minutes, our food arrived ice cold and it was the wrong order. At this point, we were the only guests in the restaurant, and the four staff members on duty were sitting together chatting.
When I brought up the issue, the waitress retrieved a menu and began reading off the pizza ingredients, despite the pizza clearly being a plain cheese with none of the toppings we ordered. I asked to speak with the manager. The waitress returned saying the manager would not be coming out, and if we wanted the correct pizza, we’d need to send this one back and wait again.
I asked again for a refund and to speak directly with the manager. Instead of coming out, the manager sent the waitress back again, telling us we’d have to walk to the back ourselves if we wanted to speak to her.
We did and what followed was even more disappointing. The manager claimed they weren’t offering dine-in service that night, and that takeout orders were their priority. I explained that this information was irrelevant to us as customers, we were seated, served, and deserved a proper resolution. I also noted that as a manager, she should have addressed the issue herself rather than sending an untrained staff member to do it.
Her response? She accused me of “looking down on her” because of my American accent ironically, I’m a long-time local resident, not American.
This experience was truly disappointing. The staff showed little interest in providing any kind of service, and the management lacked both professionalism and accountability. Sadly, this place has lost its charm. Don’t waste your time there are far better dining options in Grenada."

"Facilities are kinda run down. Showers don’t have so much as a towel hook. Shower heads are old and plugged with calcium deposits. No place to put your clothes or towel except on the floor. Service in the restaurant is non existent. Feels like a place on the edge of insolvency"

"We arrived and seated ourselves before being greeted by a waitress who took our food and drink orders. About 20 minutes later, another guest joined us and placed their order as well. While enjoying our drinks, we asked for an update on the food and were told it would be another 20 minutes.
Ten minutes after that, the waitress returned to inform us that the kitchen actually didn’t have what we originally ordered. No one had mentioned this earlier. We asked to speak with a manager but were told none was available.
As we decided to leave, without eating and without paying, a manager finally came out to apologize. Unfortunately, by that point the experience had already left a negative impression."
