If you are a reader and you want to spend your time reading different kind of books this place is the best for you. First, In this place you can find old news paper to read, you can play chesse and you can use a computer with free Internet. Then, In the Library you can choose one of those cathegories: Braile Room, Blind Room, Reference and Reading Room, School Room, General Room, Childist Room and Old Background. Next, You don't have to pay anything and I can tell you that is safe because when I went to the first time there was a police officer also I can say that the service was really good because the worker explain me how to register myself. There isn't a y parking lot in the Library but near of it you can find one or more. They open at 7:00 am to 5:00 pm also they open on weekends but only middle day.
They have some rules that are indispensable:
You can not take your pet into the Library.
You can not use your celphone with sound.
You can not eat in the place.
Finally, hope you visit the place and enjoy your time reading your favorite books."
