"Before coming here I saw TikTok that it wasn’t good and it was really meat up . I just wanted to go buy some candy and leave 🤣 1hr drive from the capital where we stay at , was there for 10 mins - got out candy took a few pics of that radiant looking water and left . As a foreigner I don’t think my stomach is made to eat there and the smell ufff . I hope they are able to save it as they did my atitlan . 5 stars cuz people were so friendly and they had the candy I wanted mazapán . It’s different than the Mexican one - drove 2hr round trip for that 🤷🏻♂️🤣 10Q I should’ve pay 40Q at the store but I help out the locals at Amatitlan - also got some other candy’s and toys"
