"It's a car park. There's a Pokéstop, which is my draw but otherwise fine. There's motorcycle parking and some pushbike rails, nice area for sitting and that area is popular with swimmers/kids jumping from the wall in the summer. Look out for puddles / potholes as the car park is built on reclaimed land, and I have noticed these things. The potholes seem fairly well monitored and fixed though."
