My recent stay at Hotel Gold Coast Hong Kong was nothing short of outstanding. Perfectly situated along Castle Peak Road, the hotel offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of the Marina. I was fortunate to stay in a spacious, clean, and wonderfully comfortable room facing the marina—waking up to that peaceful view each morning was truly unforgettable.
From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful interior design and eye-catching décor. The stylish blend of modern elegance and warm resort charm creates an inviting atmosphere throughout—whether in the grand lobby, lounge areas, or dining spaces. The meticulous attention to design truly elevates the entire experience.
The hotel grounds are equally impressive, featuring spacious lawns and beautifully maintained landscaping. The lush greenery and open spaces bring a sense of calm and relaxation, making the hotel feel like a hidden oasis away from the city’s bustle.
Although the housekeeping staff were discreet and rarely seen, their work was exceptional. They consistently turned down my room spotlessly and right on time, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail that did not go unnoticed.
The facilities are first-rate, and the conference rooms were perfectly arranged and well-equipped. Café Lagoon offered excellent food and a warm, welcoming ambiance.
I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the outstanding staff who made this stay so memorable:
• Ms. Jo Chui, Director of Sales, whose kind assistance and impeccable coordination ensured our conferences ran smoothly.
• Mr. Huan, who expertly prepared the conference room for two consecutive days with care and efficiency.
• At Café Lagoon, Ms. Jane, Supervisor, and Ms. Angel, Waitress, provided warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly service.
• Special compliments to Chef Ms. Lan for her delicious omelette—one of the best I’ve ever had.
• At the front desk, Ms. Kristy and Mr. Thomas Yeun delivered charming hospitality, making both check-in and check-out seamless and pleasant.

"Only complaint is that its abit far from the central area. And there was a bug not sure if I brought it in or if it was just there. I have very reactive, sensitive skin and the sheets and washroom didn't bother me what so ever. Very clean, great lobby, even better view."

"Its a lovely hotel...impressive lobby..what some critisize about the rooms i really enjoyed like normal button to splash toilet and switch light not some elektrical automatic bullshit:)..the bedding was very comfortable, firmer matrasse, soft sheets,pleasant lightning, great view from the room, enough space, there is a small minibar in the room but its hodden in wooden paneling:)...all the staff we encountered was friendly and kind, breakfast had a good choice and everything was yummy, great huge pool! Small critisism is a not very modern hairdryer and no bar at a pool but nothing serious...without high traffic its like 20 mins to the airport...if you are there and dont wanna spend on expensive hotel buffet go to Le cafe at a little courtyard next to the hotel..its oppossite 7/11 ..they have nice and cheap food...you can also take a little stroll in hotel beautiful garden or by the promenade towards the statue of golden delfins"
