"PolyU is a local public university funded by the HKSAR government. It is located at Hung Hom, the heart of the city, where you can get to the bustle and hustle of Hong Kong. You can easily walk down to the busy shopping arcades in Tsim Sha Tsui, or take a cross-tunnel bus to get to places in the HK island like Central, Causeway Bay or North Point. It's not a huge campus compared with CUHK, but it's definitely the most accessible and convenient one in HK. You can find sports facilities and amenities like gym, sports centre and 2 swimming pools (both indoors and outdoors), as well canteens and restaurants and cafes all within the campus. Also, it's only 5-min walk from the University's wholly-owned teaching and research award winning hotel, Hotel ICON."

"PolyU may not be one of the few most top universities in HK, but I did spent five meaningful years here with wonderful people and studied what I like.
I studied engineering here. One downside may be that some lab equipment is old and appears to wear off. The faculty should consider to upgrade it.
The faculty should as well encourage students to focus more on career development to maintain their competitiveness against students from HKU, CU, UST and CityU. Not only via WIE, but also through participating more careers talks and extra internships if possible. Very crucial as students tend to only drill in their study in the last 2 years but overlook the importance of career development."

"We recently passed by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and were immediately struck by its impressive architecture. The building's unique design, with its distinctive red brick facade and modern lines, is truly a sight to behold.

While we didn't have the opportunity to explore the campus, the exterior alone is enough to leave a lasting impression. It's a testament to the university's commitment to both education and aesthetics."
