"Apparently, if u bought your ticket in advance, your queue is much longer (left 3 lanes) than the queue (right most) to buy the ticket over the counter, which they allow you to just board the tram after buying the tickets. Something they should have improved on since they are so proud of their efficiency."

The Look Out Restaurant was a late down, from language barrier, off wine and unseasoned food, zero taste but also no care as to why we left all the food on the table 5 mins after it reached the table. They happily collected the payment and sent us away hungry and disappointed."
