Reviews Summary

Shek O Beach offers a scenic escape with potential for surfing and hiking, praised for its natural beauty and relaxed vibe. However, some visitors have noted significant pollution and debris, impacting the swimming experience. Despite this, it remains a popular spot for its views, dog-friendliness, and proximity to hiking trails.

"Peaceful place to make you full energy after one week work."

"Really nice beach and nice waves"

HENRY

"Went there today, horribly polluted with debris, lots of plastic and filth floating in the water and piled up along the beach. The beach is also full of old / discarded boat parts, paddle boards, and various other junk. The way to to the beach is no different, full of junk, discarded motorbikes, rusty boat trailers, boat parts, garbage. The whole place „radiates“ neglect, pollution, disregard. Definitely not a beach I can recommend but unfortunately one of very few where you can bring your dogs."
