Reviews Summary
Sister Wah is celebrated for its delicious, Michelin-recognized beef brisket noodles and flavorful broth, offering a comforting and authentic Hong Kong dining experience. "This place is not cheap for a street food. But it is delicious and I still recommend trying it out. The meat is cooked perfectly and the broth is delicious but full of flavor. I would definitely come back. There is not a long wait for the small space they have inside, the turnaround is really quick so don’t worry. It’s easy to arrive via subway so must stop by when in HK."

"Arrived at 5pm, so there was no queue yet.
We ordered the beef brisket noodle soup. It has a clear beefy broth, which was perfectly seasoned - not salty at all. It was a bit sweet though. There are slices of beef which are not overly tender and not chewy, it was just right for me. Then you get to choose if you want it with rice noodles or egg noodles, we chose the rice noodles but it was a bit soggy (but it wasn't mushy). Overall, the soup is perfect for the cold weather.
It's a small place so chances are you will share your table with other groups, it's a bit awkward at first but since we don't speak the same language with them we have learned to be nonchalant about it.
The service is fast and they were all friendly and accommodating."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the clear broth, light yet unexpectedly flavorful. The beef brisket was tender and paired perfectly with the rice noodles, which tasted even better than expected.
We didn’t have to wait long, probably because it was already around 8pm. The staff were efficient, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth.
A simple but very satisfying meal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!"
