What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the breathtaking panoramic views from Victoria Peak, especially the iconic skyline at night. The historic Peak Tram ride is also a major draw, offering a unique ascent. However, many note that queues can be very long, and some feel the Sky Terrace 428 is overpriced, suggesting free alternatives offer comparable vistas.
"The Sky Terrace is well worth the entry price for the breathtaking views of the Hong Kong skyline from a higher vantage point.
One half of the Sky Terrace was closed off for renovations. So, in the Novemeber of 2025, the crowds were packed onto just one section of the terrace and it was tough to shoot pictures. You will have to bring your patience with you to navigate the jostling crowds.
I highly recommend this attraction if you are a tourist to Hong Kong."

"The view up there is phenomenal and unreal! It pretty much covers the bustling life of Hong Kong in a wide angle. Highly recommend visiting this place at night time and watch the vibrant lightings of the city. The downside unfortunately are the peak tram and vintage point were very crowded. We waited 45minutes to get onto a tram on a late Saturday afternoon (And another half an hour to get down). Maybe consider getting a Ruby Special express to skip the line. *Tips - There's also a Peak Track on the side of the tower which offers very similar view of the city. Less crowded but you need to walk for about 15-20minutes."

"very impressive, especially night time.
less crowded, fewer visitors.
you can take photos either inside the tower, or outside corridors in each floor with some open space
recommend u to visit this place in clear night without clouds or mist Then u can spot the Paramount harbour views, from north point to central, as well as opposite Kowloon Peninsula like TST, Hung Hom etc"
