Or most probably it’s because they really know their pork chop and their sautéed beef hofan. Their claim-to-fame is their GIANT freshly fried lightly breaded juicy bone-in pork chop that comes with a small bowl of curry sauce and rice. So you take a bite of the pork chop, take a spoonful of the rice with a bit of curry sauce and— you’re in gastronomic heaven. The beef hofan is just as good with a lot of wok hei flavor. Tip: if you come at 2-2:30 you probably don’t have to wait."
