"Not one of the premium malls of Hong Kong but certainly not to be underrated at all. Firstly easy access from the mtr into the mall is appreciated. The range of shops and entertainment is pretty fair though not overwhelming. It's not all high end brands so there is opportunity to actually shop here at a reasonable price. The festive displays I have to say are superb for the most part. It's a little confusing moving around the plaza and it's easy to forget much of the shopping centre is in the quad outside the mall exits so watch for this. When taken as a whole this is really a nice, if a little niche, shopping mall."

"Really convenient shopping mall in Kowloon area , which got some many different varieties of shop and not too expensive, and there have so many restaurants such as 千両，敏華茶餐廳，茶木， McDonald , 一風堂etc
And also they have boardway & 豐澤.
Outside the plaza, they got so many banking there such as BOC , HSBC , Hang Seng bank , dai shing , China citic ，東亞etc…
And Telford marketing really good at decoration for the plaza"
