Hong Kong’s brand new Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel. Tuen Mun to Airport in 10 mins!
No it's not 10 minutes unless you go over the speed limit. By normal speed you need another 10 min to arrive at the airport, and yet another 10 if you start from Tuen Mun town centre. That's without mentioning how likely a jam will happen at that roundabout.

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
While the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel offers a direct link, many travelers report significant delays due to ongoing construction and confusing road connections, leading to frustration. Some users also highlight issues with bus route navigation.
"Worst tunnel management I’ve ever seen. So much construction still going on at the entrance of the tunnel and many blocks. My bus to HKIA stuck there for over half an hour before going into the tunnel. Avoid this route."

"There's no road from the Tuen Mun-Chek Tunnel Interchange to Pillar Point for buses back to Tuen Mun or Lung Kwu Tan. Stop misleading people! Conversely, there's no road from Pillar Point to the Tuen Mun-Chek Tunnel Interchange to take buses A or E. People I know who live in Lung Kwu Tan are often misled to transfer at Pillar Point when checking routes to and from the Tunnel. A friend traveling from Tung Chung to Tuen Mun was also misled to transfer at the Tuen Mun-Chek Tunnel Interchange, only to have to return to the original station and take another bus toward Butterfly Light Rail Station. Please check on Google and stop misleading people!"

"There is no road going down to the Tuen Mun-Chekhe Tunnel Interchange Station to transfer to the bus back to Tuen Mun or Lung Kwu Tan."
