Island of Hong Kong that is formed entirely of sedimentary rocks with a variety of marine abrasion landforms along its coast. The shores of this island are decorated with colourful laminations of top rock forms and many other natural wonders.
From MTR University Station Exit B, you can walk for about 15 minutes upto the Pier and board a ferry. The journey takes around 1.5 hours. This ferry service operates only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays."

"Tung Ping Chau Marine Park was designated in 2001 and includes around 270 hectares of sea area that surrounds the small outlying island of Tung Ping Chau near mainland China's Mirs Bay.
The marine park protects the rich coastal ecosystem, particularly the coral communities around the island, which is amongst the finest in all of Hong Kong's territory. Additionally, you can see marine life in the rock pools and shallow waters that surround Tung Ping Chau. You'll find crabs, sea urchins, sea hares (slugs) and lots of small fish.
