The evening began with the caviar menu, which was nothing short of fantastic – a true celebration of flavor, beautifully composed and executed to perfection. We then enjoyed the full menu, which was thoughtfully adapted for us, as we don’t eat meat. The meat course was seamlessly transformed into an exquisite fish dish. We were genuinely impressed by the ease and care with which our dietary preferences were accommodated – a wonderful example of true hospitality.
