For a premium-priced establishment, rules enforcement should be handled with warmth, courtesy, and gentle education, not through confrontation or rudeness at the front door.
2. Price vs. Service Disconnect: We expect better customer service for a place charging these prices. The negative first impression created by the rude staff member made the high cost feel completely unjustified.
While we appreciate that the rules are enforced, the establishment needs to implement a much softer, more professional, and less rude way of communicating with and welcoming guests. This atmosphere needs serious adjustment if they intend to charge a premium fee."
