The cats have very little space to hide, so they are constanty exposed to touching hands and the tons of people walking by. There were about 15 people for 8-9 cats. They were still very sweet and let people pet them, but they were certainly not happy with it...
Everything REEKS of urine, the cat trees were very worn down and the place is not inviting to sit down at all. Most of the cats are sitting at the entry way, the only place with frsh air. The "café" is a coffe machine with cardboard cups were the lovely staff makes you a hot beverage.
The staff was very nice and the cats enjoyed interacting with them behind the counter, but avoided the visitors."
